As virgin coconut oil is made from coconut milk, its taste and aroma are better than those of regular coconut oil. Additionally, it has a luscious, tropical coconut scent and flavor, unlike those made with artificial scents. It is non-hydrogenated and contains no harmful saturated or trans fatty acids, making it ideal for cooking, sauteing, and baking at medium to high heats.
